Elizabeth Holland (died 1547/8), often called Bess Holland, was a close companion of Thomas Howard, 3rd Duke of Norfolk. She also served as a lady-in-waiting to his niece, Anne Boleyn, who was the second wife of Henry VIII of England. Bess was the daughter of the Duke's secretary. Before becoming a lady-in-waiting, she worked for eight years as a laundress in the home of Norfolk's wife, Elizabeth Stafford, Duchess of Norfolk.

In 1547, Elizabeth Holland married a man named Henry Reppes. Sadly, she died shortly after their marriage. Her death occurred during childbirth.
