Description: The Confederate Memorial Fountain in Helena, Montana is the only monument to the Confederacy in Northwestern United States and believed to be the northernmost such monument in the USA. It lies within the Helena Historic District and is near the Algeria Shrine Temple and the Helena branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of MInneapolis. Southeast face inscription reads "By the Daughters of the Confederacy In Montana A.D. 1916"
