Description: This is a photograph of a marble Cycladic figurine of a woman or goddess dated to between c. 2500 and c. 2400 BC. It is attributed to the Goulandris Master, but its provenance is unknown and sophisticated forgeries of Cycladic figures of this type are extremely common. It is currently on display in the Eskenazi Museum of Art on the campus of Indiana University Bloomington in Bloomington, Indiana.
