Description: The short explanation is that this was awesome. The long explantion is that this is Nagashi Somen. I guess both are kinda short. We made our bowls and chopsticks out of bamboo as well. I like my Noodles like I like my women, swimming down a bamboo ramp in a stream of water where I have to grab them with chopsticks
