The shape of the jaw is a bit odd still, as it has changed overnight from the algae-scraping shape to the big frog's mouth. Notice the big eyes and strong legs at this stage, and the remnants of the gill covering that also covered the front legs. I couldn't find other pics on commons to illustrate the awkward mouth shape in this crucial stage of development, probably because it is a very short and dramatic phase in development.
