Description: Statue of Frig, Stowe One of the 6 Saxon Deities after which the days of the week were named (there is no seventh statue). Friday is apparently named after Frig. The statues are copies of the originals which were sold in the 1920's. Frig has lost the bow she used to hold in her left hand.
