Tall Tales & Legends (also known as Shelley Duvall's Tall Tales & Legends) was a cool TV show that brought famous American folk tales to life! Created by actress Shelley Duvall, this series was like a collection of different stories, called an anthology. It aired from 1985 to 1987 on Showtime and The Disney Channel. Each episode told a classic American story, often about brave heroes and amazing adventures. The show was even nominated for a special TV award called a Primetime Emmy Award! After this series, Shelley Duvall also created Shelley Duvall's Nightmare Classic.
