Gully is a small city located in Polk County, Minnesota, in the United States. It is part of the larger Grand Forks area, which includes parts of both North Dakota and Minnesota. In 2020, about 59 people lived in Gully.

History of Gully
The area where Gully is located got its first post office in 1896. The city was named after a natural ditch or valley, known as a gully, that was found near the town site. Gully officially became an incorporated city on July 16, 1924.
Geography of Gully
Gully is a very small city. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city covers a total area of about 0.246 square miles (0.637 square kilometers). All of this area is land, meaning there are no large lakes or rivers within the city limits.
The city is easy to reach because it is located along State Highway 92 and Polk County Road 2.
