Description: The Hornets were built from 1951-57. The 1st generation, 1951-54 were built by Hudson, the 2nd generation, 1955-57 were actually a restyled Nash and were a product of AMC. It was only available in 4 door Sedan or 2 door Hardtop. In 1956 they got the V line styling, V shapes throughout the interior and exterior. Combined with tri-tone paint combinations, the Hudson's look was unique and immediately noticeable. 1957 was similar but also got a new egg-crate grille, creases and chrome strips on the sides. Engine; 327 cu in V8
