Description: A "Griffin Award," a trophy given to the Grand Champion of the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions during the run of the original Jeopardy! series, hosted by Art Fleming and broadcast by NBC from March 30, 1964 until January 3, 1975. The trophy was typically awarded along with a tropical vacation, the in-game winnings of the Grand Champion, and in many tournaments, a $1,000 bonus. Named for show creator Merv Griffin.
