Description: The building at 97 Bowery between Hester and Grand Streets in the Bowery neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1869 and was designed by Peter L.P. Tostevin in the early Italianate style. It was built for John P. Jube & Co, a hardware and carriage supply business, which occupied it until 1935. It was designated a NYC landmark in 2010.
