Description: HOUSE WAS BUILT STARTING IN EARLY TO MID 19TH CENTURY. THE SITE HOWEVER WAS THE HOME OF ELIAS BOUDINOT, PRESIDENT OF THE CONTINENTAL CONGRESS AND SIGNER OF THE TREATY OF PARIS. SAMUEL SOUTHARD WAS ACTING VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. THE HOUSE NOW BELONGS TO SOMERSET COUNTY
