Description: 3-4 whole bulbs of garlic, peeled and separated into cloves, barely covered with olive oil in a shallow baking dish, roasted at 300F for about 45 mins or so, cooled and then blended with just a pinch of salt. Put it on/in everything. BONUS - very kid-friendly in our test kitches, they all asked for more!
