Description: Fort McCoy Commander COL Raymond G. Boland appears on stage with Bob Hope at Lacrosse, Wisconsin on 19 October 1990. Hope donated tickets to his to soldiers who were training at Fort McCoy in preparation for the Gulf War. Boland presented Hope with a desert camouflage BDU jacket and cap in appreciation for the tickets for the troops.
