Description: Brilliant Suspension Bridge across the Kootenay River, just north of Castlegar British Columbia Canada. Erected in 1913 to replace a ferry across the river, it was used until 1966 when then Highway 3A bridge was built. It was restored as a footbridge and opened as the centerpiece of Brilliant Bridge Regional Park in 2010.
