Description: The Bull's Head Hotel (built 1812) and tram terminus photographed at the turn of the 19th century in Hazel Grove. Behind the trees can be seen the original "Bullock Smithy" Inn said to have been built in 1675 and which gave its name to the village before it changed to "Hazel Grove" in 1836. The site is now Torkington Park and Torkington Road.
