Description: This caboose is Carson & Colorado Caboose #1. It was built at the Virginia & Truckee shops in Carson City, NV in 1883. It was painted in V&T yellow. It was later used a station building, thus all of the C&C markings have been removed. It now sits at the Laws Railroad Museum in Laws, California.
