Description: Castleton Baptist Church Built between 1857 and 1859 and visited that year by the renowned Rev. Charles Haddon Spurgeon who preached in a nearby field to a crowd of about 5000 people. This grade II listed building is no longer used by the members of the church as they now meet in modern premises.
