Description: Fondato fuori dalle mura,il "Castrum Lapidum" (Castello delle Pietre) fu inglobato nel circuito difensivo in età normanna. Più volte rimaneggiato, restano oggi i segmenti della cinta muraria, parte della fabbrica principale una torre quadrata a blocchi calcarei squadrati, provenienti dall'anfiteatro campano. © AD 2010 Agostino Pedata.
