Description: The Christian Peper Building in Laclede's Landing, St. Louis, MO (1873). It is located on the site of the First Missouri Legislature (1820). Christian Peper built the property to house his Peper Tobacco Company. It was designed by Frederick W. Raeder, for whom the building is now named after.
