Description: Archbishop of Canterbury Michael Ramsay and Princess Alexandra on the steps of the Church Army Chapel, Blackheath, London, England, at its opening on 6 May 1965. The chapel was designed by E.T. Spashett for Austin Vernon & Partners. The slide is from the architect's archives, and this clip from the slide formed part of an inadvertent double-exposure. The curved lines at the top are the fringe of the marquee where the architect had to wait during the consecration.
