Description: Off she goes. 'Deltic' class 55 No. 55 018 Ballymoss (Built in 1961) powers away from the platform at Kings Cross and heads for Gasworks tunnel and the North East of England. 12th April 1976. Train spotters still abound at a platform end, but the days are numbered for locomotive hauled trains and the main attraction will too soon be a thing of the past.
