Description: Coat of arms of the Republic of Poland. Picture should be viewed on monitors with colour temperature set to 6500K. The picture was at first taken from pl:Grafika:Godlo Polski z DzU.jpg and then cut down. The red background was calculated in accordance to the official specifications found in attachment no. 2 of "Coat of arms, Colours and Anthem of the Republic of Poland, and State Seals Act". This data was expressed in CIE xyY color space (which is a two-dimensional projection of the CIE XYZ color space plus brightness), where x and y are chromaticity (colour) coordinates and Y is luminance (brightness), and a permissible deviation range expressed as delta E in CIE 1976 (L* u* v*), and was set to x=0.570, y=0.305, Y=16.0, E=8.0.
