Description: Dome Village was a community in downtown Los Angeles from 1993 to 2006. Dome village consisted of 18 white glassfiber domes 20 feet in diameter and 12 feet tall. Some were kitchen, internet communication, library, washrooms and laundry facilities. Each dome was assembled from 21 sections of lightweight polyester fiberglass held by 150 bolts. They were type 20 Feet Dome made by InterShelter.
