Description: Embassy Building No. 10 located at 3149 16th Street, NW in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The Renaissance building was constructed in 1928 and designed by George Oakley Totten, Jr. Since 1942, Embassy Building No. 10 has served as the District of Columbia Department of Parks and Recreation headquarters. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 6, 1986. Its 2009 property value is $3,701,040.
