Image: English 1998 admin areas flood damage July 24 2007

Description: Created by me 2007-08-11. Uploaded by me 2007-09-10. This image indicates in blue the English administrative council areas (1998 definition) affected by flooding on/by July 24th 2007. Every effort has been made to reduce error, and I apologise for any errors/omissions. Some areas with only minor damage have been omitted. Citations for the affected areas can be found here under "Affected areas in England". The light blue colour was chosen because of its natural association with water, and pink as its opposite on the colour wheel. No other meaning is implied or should be inferred.
