Description: Hartford and Eastern Railway car seen in front of inn. Big Four Inn was built in 1921 by Wyatt and Bethel Rucker. It burned to the ground in 1949. The rail line ran from Lake Stevens to Monte Cristo. The inn had closed by the 1930s and the rail line had been abandoned.
