Description: Fairford House in Warriparinga, South Australia. Possibly designed by noted colonial architect and Lord Mayor Edmund Wright, the property belonged to local agriculturalist and viticulturist William Henry Trimmer until his death in 1867. In 1876 the property was sold to Henry Laffer, and the Laffer family remained at the property (then known as Laffer's Triangle) for 112 years. Today it is heritage listed and belongs to the City of Marion, but is currently not being utilised.
