Description: Feldspar Locality: Broken Hill, Yancowinna County, New South Wales, Australia (Locality at mindat.org) Size: 9.3 x 8.4 x 3.8 cm. A BIG, RICH specimen of rare plumbian (lead-rich) feldspar, which gets its pretty, translucent light green color from the lead content. Some crystal faces are present, embedded, but it is mostly massive. Probably from the 1920s-1940s era.
