Description: The Greenwich Savings Bank Building at 1352-62 Broadway between East 36th and 37th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City was built in 1922-24 and was designed by York & Sawyer in the Classical Revival style, with Corinthian columns on three sides of the trapezoidal structure. The interior features more Corinthian columns around an elliptical rotunda with a central skylight. Since 2002, the building has been the New York headquarters of Haier, with several of the building's large historic rooms used for events, operating as Gotham Hall. Both the exterior and the first floor interior are designated NYC landmarks. (Sources: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.) and AIA Guide to NYC (5th ed.))
