Description: Helen Clark administrator to the United Nations Development Programme and former Prime Minister of New Zealand visited the Assembly and gave a lecture as part of the Pierhead Sessions organised by the National Assembly for Wales. Mrs Clarke shared her views on the role the empowerment of women plays in building new and successful democratic societies, before taking part in a question and answer session.
