Probably Tom Mather who is listed in Wise's Post Office Directory (1928-1940s), and the Electoral Roll (Hutt, Lower, 1928-1941) as a pattern-maker, and whose house Godber photographed (APG-0862-1/2). Photographed by Albert Percy Godber in 1929.
