Description: Water leakage, due to an ice dam on the roof. Heat from the building melts the snow on the roof. The meltwater runs to the edge, which is cold, where it freezes and forms an "ice dam". The ice dam backs up further meltwater coming towards the edge, which, in turn, can leak into the roofing material. Here, the leaks have flowed inside the outside wall and has leaked out, again, around the window.
