Description: Arturo Illia, President of Argentina; Admiral Benigno Varela, Navy Chief of Staff; and General Juan Carlos Onganía, Head of the Military Joint Chiefs, during President Illia's inaugural parade on October 12, 1963. The vehicle, a 1954 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible, was used in every presidential inaugural parade from Arturo Frondizi's in 1958 to Néstor Kirchner's in 2003.
