Description: Indus Valley Civilisation findings, c. 2000 BC, Sector 17, Chandigarh (On loan from Government Museum and Art Gallery, Chandigarh) Harappan specimens displayed here are red ware potsherds with black designs, toy cart wheels, perforated toy cart frame and stone ball. The pottery found at this site points to the last phase of the Harappan [Indus Valley Civilisation] culture that flourished about 4000 years ago.
