Description: The Jackson Tower, in Portland, Oregon, viewed from the southwest, from Broadway at Taylor Street. Completed in 1912, the building was named the Journal Building (for the Oregon Journal newspaper) until 1951. It is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In the lefthand background is the American Bank Building.
