Description: ATROCITIES CARRIED OUT BY JAPANESE FORCES DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR WAR OFFICE, CENTRAL OFFICE OF INFORMATION AND AMERICAN SECOND WORLD WAR OFFICIAL COLLECTION Japanese soldiers shooting Sikh prisoners who are sitting blindfolded in a rough semi-circle about 20 yards away. Four photographs found among Japanese records when British troops entered Singapore. Picture number 3 (here) shows:- The shots ring out. Some appear to be near misses, and none at this stage appear to be fatal.
