Description: Mayor Jessie Robredo (left) of Naga City was the keynote speaker during PRRM's 55th anniversary celebration. Mayor Robredo was reelected for an unprecedented 5 terms during which he garnered several prestigious awards in exemplary local governance including the 2006 Ramon Magsaysay Award for Government Service, the 1996 Ten Outstanding Young People of the World award, one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men of Philippines, the Konrad Adenauer Medal of Excellence as Most Outstanding City Mayor of the Philippines in 1998, and the Civil Service Commission's first ever “Dangal ng Bayan ” award.
