Description: Une file d'attente de civils se presse devant un cinéma, un policier maintient la foule sur le trottoir. Ce cinéma, l'OMNIA se trouve rue de la Paix, derrière l'Hôtel de Ville, le bâtiment existe encore aujourd'hui comme Centre Culturel. La tenue du policier ou milicien est bizarre, il est armé mais porte un béret au lieu d'un képi pour un agent de Police. L'Omnia programmait durant l'été 1944 un film américain tous les soirs et en matinée le samedi et le dimanche.
