Description: Picture of Longue Vue Club and Golf Course, located at 400 Longue Vue Drive, Verona, Penn Hills Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on November 22, 2009. Longue Vue Club was founded in 1920. The clubhouse was designed by Benno Janssen, and constructed by Edward A. Wehr. It was completed in December 1923, in use by 1924, but not fully finished until 1925. Ralph E. Griswold was the landscape architect, and Robert White was the original designer. Over the years, Geoffrey Cornish and Ron Forse also contributed to the design of the course. Longue Vue Club and Golf Course is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
