Description: The Nehemiah Hubbard House at the corner of Laurel Grove and Wadsworth Street, Middletown, Connecticut. Built in 1745. Hubbard was a prominent banker and merchant of the late 18th Century. It is now part of the Wadsworth Estate. The house is on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Wadsworth Estate Historic District, rather than in its own right.
