Description: The New England Conservatory of Music building, located at 290-94 Huntington Avenue, was built in 1901 and was designed in the Classical Revival style by Wheelwright and Haven. Founded in 1867, the conservatory occupyied two previous buildings, but this one was built specifically for the them. In 1904, a concert hall, Jordan Hall, was added.
