Description: American Soccer and Indian Football is the same game. The Open hand is the geographical representation of the city Chandigarh located in North India. It is a Union Territory which is a capital of two states - Punjab and Haryana. The helicopter view of the city shows that the boundry of the city forms the shape of an open hand (like the one above). This Open Hand symbol is located behind the High Court in Chandigarh and it has the tendency to change its direction based on the flow of wind.
