Description: Front of the Owensboro Carnegie Library (now an art museum), located at 901 Frederica Street (Kentucky Route 2831) in Owensboro, Kentucky, United States. Built in 1909, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While the artwork in the picture is copyrighted, it is a case of de minimis — the photo is meant to show the building, and I would have preferred to get the photo without the artwork because it hides part of the building.
