Description: The Paine Memorial Library at Willsboro, New York was opened to the public in August 1930. It was the gift of Augustus G. Paine, Jr. of New York, a summer resident of Willsboro for more than 40 years, built in memory of his mother, presenting the building finished and fully equipped to the town of Willsboro. The building was constructed by C. P. H. Gilbert in the Neo-classical style.
