Description: Peterborough's Historic Clock Tower. Designed by John Belcher, and completed in 1889. It is the only building on the block to survive a 1974 demolition to allow the construction of Peterborough Square Mall. It's 2nd floor is home to the Market Hall Performing Arts Centre.
