Description: Pollard Bridge, Newlay Lane, Horsforth, Leeds. This bridge was erected in 1819 by John Pollard of Newlay House, according to the plaque on the structure. It is now a footbridge, and considerable measures have been enacted to ensure that no vehicles may cross the bridge. Also visible is a large weir on the River Aire. The viewpoint is due west.
