Description: Imagem noturna do Portal de São José dos Pinhais, na divisa com Curitiba (PR). Construído em 1995, visando saudar todos aqueles que passam pelo município por terra ou pelo ar, possui doze metros de altura e trinta de diâmetro. Consiste em uma viga de concreto armado em forma circular, apoiada em quatro pontos, sobre a qual há uma estrutura de aço em forma de cúpula, além de esculturas em bloco de granito. Foi inspirado nas antigas estufas européias utilizadas para o cultivo de plantas e visa lembrar a universalidade dos povos e a integração do Mercosul – a globalização.
