Description: Jonathan Pyne House on NRHP since February 14, 1997. At 609 Sea Grove Ave. north of Cape May city off New England Road in Lower Township, Cape May County, New Jersey. Built 1694 (repeat 1694). Area was settled by Europeans from Mass. and Long Island (fishermen and whalers) so this is one of the oldest buildings in the County, if not the state.
