Description: The cinema and part of the parking building at the northeast corner of Queensgate Shopping Centre in Lower Hutt, New Zealand under demolition. The building suffered structural damage in the 14 November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake and was deemed structurally unsound. To the right of the image, it appears the parking building has bowed vertically, although this may have been present before the earthquake.
